We are now Envalior! On April 1, 2023, LANXESS High Performance Materials and DSM Engineering Materials joined forces as Joint Venture into the new independent global engineering materials multinational company Envalior.
We are currently in the process of renaming all legal entities, that were brought in the Joint Venture by LANXESS High Performance Materials respectively DSM Engineering Materials.
All terms and conditions of existing agreements and contracts between previously LANXESS High Performance Materials respectively DSM Engineering Materials and their customers and suppliers remain unaffected. We want to make you aware that, as part of the integration process which is currently being undertaken, Envalior is reviewing and updating all its relevant documents and certificates considering legal entity name changes. Revised documents will be made available as soon as this process is completed.
We will continue to inform our stakeholders about the remaining legal entity changes.
